Returns & Refunds

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the return window, accepted return types, eligibility requirements, free return-label process, exchange process, and refund timing for purchases from JENZZI.

Return Window

You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to request and send back an eligible return.

Accepted Return Types

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Returns are handled by mail.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible returns include new, unopened, unused, or slightly used try-on items that are clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, dust bags, boxes, certificates, cards, and any included materials when provided. Items marked Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@jenzzi.com within the 60-day return window.
  2. Include your order number, the item you want to return, the return reason, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions before shipping the item back. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
  4. Download and print the return label we provide, pack the item securely with all original materials, and ship it to the return address in the instructions.
  5. Keep your carrier receipt and tracking number until the refund or exchange is completed.

Return Method & Fees

Approved returns are sent by mail. JENZZI pays return shipping for approved returns, including defective and non-defective products, by providing a free prepaid return label to download and print. If a prepaid label cannot be generated for your location, we will give alternate return instructions and reimburse reasonable standard return postage after review.

We charge no restocking fee for approved returns.

Refund Timing

After the returned item is delivered to us, we inspect it within 3 business days. If the return is approved, we submit the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.

If a returned item is damaged beyond normal try-on condition, incomplete, or missing original materials, we may refuse the return or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund. We will notify you by email before taking that action.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the 60-day return window. Email support@jenzzi.com with your order number and requested replacement item. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit after the original item is returned and approved.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@jenzzi.com. We can only cancel an order before it is dispatched.
