How long does delivery take?

Transit time starts after the carrier receives the package. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and are shown before payment.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including new, unused, or slightly used try-on items returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories when provided. How do I initiate a return?

Email support@jenzzi.com with your order number, return reason, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We reply with return authorization, the mailing address, and a free return label to download and print when available.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after return inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post any refund credit.
